A PDF workbench for Windows and macOS
PDF work in fewer clicks. Checked before you send it.
For people who work with PDFs all day. Combine, mark up, compare, fill and sign, with fewer clicks and keystrokes, and a file you can trust at the end.
In development. Windows and macOS first, Linux next.
Our promise
Reliable documents. A seamless day. Fewer clicks.
PDF tools ask you to click through dialogs, then leave you wondering if the file came out right. PDFworx does the opposite.
Every file is checked
After every save, PDFworx opens the result again and checks it. You see ✓ Checked, or what is wrong and a button to fix it.
Your original stays as it was
PDFworx saves a new copy by default. Writing over the original is your choice, and it asks first.
Fewer clicks, on purpose
Every common task has a click budget, and a feature is not done until it fits. Good defaults run at once. Options wait until you want them.

What you can do
The PDF jobs you do every day.
One app for the work that fills your day, done carefully.
Combine and organise
Put files together, reorder, rotate and split pages.
Markups and comments
Real PDF markups that look the same in Acrobat, Edge, Chrome and Preview.
Compare
See what changed between two versions of a document.
Fill and sign
Fill in forms and sign them without printing anything.
Every language
Arabic done properly. And every other script.
Right-to-left text reads the right way round in the app, in markups, in forms, in search and in the files you save. Nothing is fixed to one country, paper size or unit.
Yours, on your computer
Works offline. No account.
- Your files stay on your computer. PDFworx works without a network.
- No account needed to use it on your own.
- Moving to a new computer should not need a support ticket.
- The layout stays put between updates. What you learned keeps working.

Questions
When can I use it?
PDFworx is being built now. Leave your email address above and we will tell you when it is ready to try.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows and macOS first. Linux comes next, and phones and tablets later.
Will it change my files?
No. PDFworx saves your work as a new copy unless you choose to write over the original, and it asks before it does.
Do my documents go anywhere?
No. PDFworx works on your computer and works offline. You do not need an account to use it on your own.
Will my markups show up for people using other apps?
Yes. Markups are standard PDF annotations, made to look the same in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and macOS Preview.
